'Le Cirque de Pierrot'
Formed from a combination of photography, theatre and costume, ‘Le Cirque de Pierrot’ makes use of disturbingly surreal imagery and dark humour as a tool to explore the modern world seen through the eyes of Pierrot, the traditional pantomime character often viewed as a symbol for the stereotyped ‘isolated artist’.

Among the many contrasting topics explored within the work are physical and mental illness, love and heartbreak, narcissism and
self-loathing; offering something for every member of the audience.

Standing in isolation, the audience remains absent.
He performs his silent monologue to an empty room.
